Support

Before contacting support

  • Confirm the device is running iOS or iPadOS 18.0 or later.
  • Create a JSON backup before deleting the app or moving devices.
  • If biometric unlock fails, use the device passcode offered by iOS.
  • If reminders do not appear, allow notifications in system settings.

Data stewardship

Backup and restore

Open Settings → Data Stewardship → Export JSON Backup. Store the exported file somewhere you control. To restore, choose Restore JSON Backup and select a backup created by Solo Boardroom.

Restore adds the records in the selected backup. Review the workspace before deleting any previous copy.

Privacy Policy

Solo Boardroom is designed to keep business records private and under the user's control.

Data collection

Solo Boardroom does not collect personal data, usage data, diagnostics, identifiers, contact information, financial information, or tracking data. The app includes no advertising, analytics, or third-party SDKs.

Data storage

Content entered in Solo Boardroom is stored locally on the user's device. No account is required, and the app does not transmit workspace content to the developer or an external server.

Exports and backups

The user may export a PDF Board Pack or JSON backup with the system share sheet. After export, the file is handled by the destination selected by the user.

Biometric authentication

If the optional workspace lock is enabled, the operating system authenticates with Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode. The app does not receive or store biometric data.

Notifications

If the optional weekly reminder is enabled, its schedule is stored and delivered locally by the operating system.

Children

Solo Boardroom is a business tool and is not directed to children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date and published policy will be updated before the affected app version is released.
